Children ages 3-10 are invited to join Ms. Lauren to make Valentine cards at The Public Works Art Center! They’ll have a slew of supplies to let their creativity flow… glitter, anyone?! Details here.
Learn the basics of Rug Hooking, a folk art that began in the early 19th century in both New England and the Canadian Maritime Provinces. You’ll complete a heart rug (pictured) in a two-part class at the Public Works Art Center. Register here.

Pickleball is gaining popularity in Summerville and Open Gym times at Rollin Edwards Community Center is a great place and time to try it out. They also have Open Gym for Basketball. Check out their schedule.
While the guided walking tours are sold out, you can still do a self-guided walk and witness the thousands of blooms throughout the gardens. It’s beautiful and one of the treasures in our area. More info here.

Azalea Park in Summerville is a gorgeous place to wander around and get great photos. Enjoy looking at bronze sculptures, azaleas, gardenias, and other gorgeous views while you leisurely stroll through this 12-acre garden. Photographers will learn about macro photography (and more), learn best practices, and learn to see the world critically through a lens. More details here.
